Access is always controlled by the patient, follows HIPAA authorization requirements, and can be limited or revoked by them at any time.

Once a patient grants you billing access, you can view their balance and make a payment directly, without needing to sign in as them. It's the same secure billing system, just with permission to help.

The patient approves
We notify the patient by email and in their portal dashboard. They review your request and choose exactly what you can see.
